The agreement for using Stride during its closed beta, in plain language and without pretending the product is further along than it is.
Closed beta. Stride is pre-release software provided free and as-is, with no uptime guarantee and no warranty. Keep your own copies of anything you upload. See privacy and security for what happens to your data.

Stride is in closed beta. Access is granted by invitation, and it can be withdrawn: this is pre-release software offered for evaluation, not a paid service with a guaranteed term.
Nothing here is billed at the moment. If that changes you will be told before any charge, and you will be free to stop using the product instead.

Stride is provided as-is. There is no uptime commitment, no service level agreement, and no guarantee that a feature working today will keep working tomorrow.
Data loss is unlikely but possible. Keep your own copies of anything you upload. Do not treat this product as the only place a document exists.

Everything Stride produces (diagnoses, options, recommendations, roadmaps, briefs) is generated with the help of a language model. It can be wrong, and it can be confidently wrong.
The product is built to make that checkable rather than to hide it: claims are labelled by where they came from, and anything drawn from your documents links to the passage it came from. Use those links. The responsibility for any business decision remains entirely yours.

You keep all rights to the documents you upload and the work you produce. Uploading something grants only the permission needed to run the product: to store it, index it, and send relevant excerpts to a model provider so analysis can be grounded in it.
Your documents are never used to train any model, and never used to improve the product for anyone else. What happens to data at the model provider is governed by their terms, which the privacy page sets out.

Do not upload content you have no right to share, and do not upload anyone's personal data that you are not entitled to process.
Do not use Stride to break the law, to attack the service or the infrastructure behind it, or to attempt to reach another workspace's data.
Automated or high-volume use beyond ordinary product use is not permitted. There are rate limits and per-workspace model spend caps; working around them is not allowed.

You can stop at any time. An owner can delete a workspace from Settings, which permanently removes its documents, analysis, and audit history.
Access may be ended, with notice where reasonably possible, if the beta closes or if these terms are broken.
Because a deletion is genuinely permanent and cascades to everything in the workspace, it asks you to type the workspace name first. There is no undo and no backup restore offered to beta users.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Stride and the people behind it are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the product.
This is free pre-release software. The limits above are the trade for that, and if they are not acceptable to you, the right answer is not to use it.

These terms may change as the product leaves beta. Material changes will be communicated to workspace owners rather than quietly published.
Continuing to use Stride after a change means accepting the revised terms.
