How it works

From the files you haveto the plan you run.

Five steps, in order, with nothing skipped and nothing invented. Most of the work is reading, and Stride does that part.

The pieces come together.

Start with your documents. Build the context, make the decision, and give every next step a place to land.

Step 1 of 5

  1. Step 01

Start with the documents, not a blank box.

Upload the pricing sheet, the board deck, the pipeline export, the customer notes. Whatever the decision actually depends on. Stride indexes all of it at passage level, so a claim can point at a paragraph rather than at a filename.

    • Anything you already wrote counts as context.
    • Indexed at passage level, not document level.
    • Nothing is shared between workspaces.

  2. Step 02

A diagnosis where every line shows its source.

Stride returns what your documents actually say about the question in front of you. Each claim carries a link to the passage behind it, and anything the files cannot support is labelled inference in the sentence itself, not in a disclaimer at the bottom.

    • Every claim links to the exact passage.
    • Unsupported statements are labelled, not hidden.
    • Gaps are named so you know what is missing.
  3. Step 03

Targeted questions, and only the ones that matter.

Rather than an empty prompt, you get a short list of things the documents could not answer. Answer those and the diagnosis tightens. Skip them and Stride carries the gap forward as a stated assumption instead of quietly guessing.

    • You answer only what the files could not.
    • Skipped questions become visible assumptions.
    • Subject experts on your team can answer their own.
  4. Step 04

Choose against your constraints, on the record.

Stride builds three genuine options, not one recommendation with two strawmen beside it. You set the criteria that matter, each option is scored against them, and the choice you make is written down with the reasoning intact.

    • You set the criteria before you see the scores.
    • Tradeoffs are written down, not implied.
    • Six months on, the reasoning is still readable.
  5. Step 05

A roadmap with a name and a date on every line.

The decision becomes a 30/60/90 carrying owners, KPIs, risks and assumptions. Then a short recurring check-in puts what you planned beside what happened, early enough that changing course is still cheap.

    • Owners and dates, not intentions.
    • Check-ins compare plan against actual.
    • Drift surfaces while it is still small.

It takes one decision to see the difference.

Bring a question you are actually stuck on and work it end to end. The whole loop is free until you are running real decisions on it.
